Practice Catchment Area

We accept new patients who will be permanently resident in Paisley for more than three months.

We accept patients from the following postcodes: PA1, PA2, PA3 (excluding Linwood).

Registration Process

How to Register as a Patient

From the 14th of December 2020 patients will have an option to download and complete the registration form from NHSInform or NHSNSS and will then email the practice with the attached completed registration form. Patients that don’t have access to a computer to complete the registration form will be advised to phone the GP practice for an alternative method.

Non-urgent advice: From 9th May 2023 we will only accept registrations from patients who do not already have a registered GP in the Paisley area. If you are already registered with a surgery in the area it is recommended you remain registered with them until this is reviewed again by the health board.

Please complete the registration form and then either email to [email protected] or post it to us.  Although not absolutely essential, ideally you should also send us 2 forms of ID. At least one should be photographic and at least one should have your address.

Until you are fully registered with the practice, you will remain registered with your previous GP.

Until we receive confirmation of your past medical history and medication we will not be able to issue any repeat prescriptions.  You should ask your previous GP for a supply.
