As per recent Practice Meeting we have updated our policy for patients arriving late for appointments. If you are now 5 minutes or more late for your appointment you will be asked to schedule for another date. This avoids our clinicians running behind schedule and leaving other patients waiting longer than necessary. We would advise patients to arrive in plenty time for their appointment to avoid this being missed.
